DOOR
Douglas College Library and The Research and Innovation Office (RIO) offer DOOR (DOuglas Open Repository) as a publishing platform to promote and profile your scholarly work. DOOR creates a repository hub of Douglas College's intellectual outputs, thereby highlighting the College's unique contributions to the world of knowledge.
Join your faculty colleagues who have created a scholar profile which links to their scholarly works. Are you working on a project that needs a place to be published? DOOR could be your solution, DOOR showcases scholarly works, conference presentations, and research projects of the Douglas College community in a variety of file formats (e.g. podcasts).
If you are a Douglas College faculty member and would like a faculty profile in DOOR you can use the scholar online form. Contact Gretchen for the current password. Do you have a student who has an research paper or project of excellence? You can sponsor them to add their work in the student research collection in DOOR. Students can upload their work as well, including their sponsor support from a faculty member. If you have any questions contact Gretchen Goertz (Scholarly Communications Librarian).
DOOR is a member of Arca which is British Columbia's province-wide network of institutional repositories.
