A long-planned renovation to improve student seating was completed at the New Westminster Campus library over the holidays. The study carrels along the south windows on the upper level were moved to the area vacated by the shelving, and a long chair height counter was installed in their place, adding 18 more seats to the study area. The electrical was upgraded along the window and inset power outlets complete with USB-A and C plugs were installed, as was some window frosting acting as a privacy barrier.
