Taking a break from screens, devices, and social media gives you a chance to be more mindful and think about how you are using them, how they are making you feel, and what you are consuming through them.
Join us in the Library and Learning Centre for a 48 hour Choose Your Own Digital Detox Challenge!
Take a break from:
- social media
- video games
- streaming
- or screens in general!
Kick Off Event – New West Library, Room N2100B | Tuesday, March 18 @ 12:30pm
Join to share with us why you want to take a digital detox, how you're feeling about your digital diet, and choose your 48 hour detox challenge!
Debrief Event – New West Library, Room N2100B | Thursday, March 20 @ 12:30pm
Come back 48 hours later for a debrief on how your detox challenge went! Whether you “succeeded” or not, we want to hear from you on how it felt, what worked, what you did instead - and maybe best of all - celebrate with cupcakes!
