Guidelines for food in the library: we know you need your snacks to keep you fueled while hitting the books, just make sure your beverage has a lid, and that lid stays on. Accidents happen, but if we can try to avoid them happening around the books and computers, everyone will be happier.
Which brings us to food: yes, bring it in but make sure it doesn't smell, even smell good! Those tempting smells wafting through the library can be bothersome to many. That means keep the hamburgers and fries in the cafeteria and save your quick snacks for the library. Studying is hard work, you need to eat, we just ask that everyone help keep the library clean and odour-free so that it continues to be a great place to study.
