Holds & Requests

You can place holds on materials at the front Checkout Desk or online through the library catalogue. We'll let you know when it's available via your Office 365 email. If you don't check that account very often, change the settings so that notifications are forwarded to one you do check regularly.

Available items are kept for pick-up on a self-serve shelf in the public area near the Checkout Desk for a maximum of five days.

Holds can be placed on materials that are out on loan, kept at the other campus, and those marked "In Tech Services". Holds cannot be placed on materials that are on order. Instead, use the catalogue alert service to receive an email when the item becomes available.
